Linx Apps was founded in January of 2020 by a group of like-minded IT professionals and software developers who recognize the growing population of users who need better file management software. We are in business of developing software to help you manage your files and help you with document control. Every Industry has their own requirements for document control and file management. Our software lets help manage your data from your desktop for Mac/Windows, or within Outlook. Over the past 25 years, we have seen companies & organizations that has a well structured org charts, but their file management system is a mess with very little accountability on ownership files and folders. At Linx Apps, we aim to improve the user landscape by giving everyone what they want, but help organize their files and folders locally and over networks. We develop software specifically designed around File Management and document control. Using our applications you will be able to: - Manage and organize files and folders - Show controlled document changes and ensure they are accurate, complete and up to date. - Make controlled documents easier to find. - The option to Zip, Encrypt, and Password Protect files and folders. Note: Linx Apps does not provide Cyber lockers, cloud storage or file sharing services; Document management is seldom the core business of an organization. Yet, employees spend a lot of time managing and controlling documents. This is time and energy that could be spent on the core business instead. Our Linx Apps lets you automate document management in an easy and efficient way so that information starts working for you rather than vice versa. We let you go beyond traditional document management. You can find, manage documents and other information such as cases, quality deviations, and audit findings across all systems and repositories and utilize any platform set-up.
